Mouloud Boukala, holder of the Chair, participated in the radio program Dans la mosaïque on March 27 to discuss the accessible screenwriting program for which he acted as a member of the jury.
Presented by l’Académie canadienne du cinéma et de la télévision (the Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television), this program seeks to identify barriers faced by Deaf and disabled people and find best practices for giving them access to the screenwriting community.
It gave rise to the report “Comment favoriser l’accès au milieu de la télévision québécoise aux scénaristes de la diversité capacitaire?” (How to promote access to the Quebec television community to screenwriters with diverse capabilities?) :
