Sans Détour
The short graduate program Handicap et sourditude : droits et citoyenneté was discussed as part of the program Sans Détour hosted by François Beauregard.
Mouloud Boukala exposes the need for the existence of such a program focusing on the contemporary realities of people with disabilities, deaf or hard of hearing, and focused on the recognition of their rights.
