From February 1 to 3, 2022, the second edition of the La France à l’UQAM event was held, an initiative of the Rectorate of UQAM carried out in collaboration with the Consulate General of France.
The initiative aimed, through conferences, workshops and round tables, to promote student and faculty mobility as well as to strengthen the development of international partnerships.
Mouloud Boukala, holder of the Chair, had the pleasure of hosting the opening round table on the theme “mobilities, perceptions and inclusive practices”.
In the presence of several researchers and members of the management of UQAM and Université Lumière Lyon 2, the meeting aimed to shed light on current thinking on new modes of inclusive learning and research (sensory, bodily and multimedia) as well as on the mobility and perceptions of students with disabilities or who are deaf.
