Artistic Practices of Deaf and Disabled People in Canada

In May 2018, the Canada Council for the Arts’ Research, Evaluation and Performance Measurement department signed a contract with the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and a team of university researchers to to carry out a study aimed at documenting the artistic practices of people who are deaf or disabled in Canada (PDF in french, new tab).
